The 425 HTS is  the ever popular express style yacht while still providing a truly open yacht. Close it up and enjoy the climate controlled Salon or open the roof, doors, and windows to enjoy the sun and weather in luxury. This vessel runs beautifully.

This is an AWESOME DEAL. There is a 1 year waiting list for Brand New and alot more money.  This owner well maintains the vessel.  He believes in keeping his items in prestine shape.  He keeps up with all maintenance and goes beyond.  He has records to show his up keep.  He keeps it docked in brackish water which saves it from  of 100% saltwater exposure.  The Motor Batteries are brand new.

This Yacht is ready to go. Coast Guard ready.   Many extras added as small as from towel racks to deck railings and custom made canvases/canopies to help filter the heat of the sun for the front cushion lounging area and rear decks where you can fish and grill. Outside the cost of the extras we put into this vessel we will throw in the kitchenware, bedding, decorations, ropes, and other extra miscellaneous purchases to make this a TURN KEY transaction.  

Features like wide side decks for easy bow access in all weather conditions and garage storage are sure to impress. Below deck two staterooms, and two heads and galley. The owner’s suite is located midship and occupies the whole width of the yacht allowing for an incredible amount of volume and storage space. Two closets and large storage cabinet. The Head is actually a walk in with glass door shower and modern sink.  Window view of the water.  The Front Cabin has two closets, a drawer and cabinets throughout.  It has window views and a Sunroof. If you need additonal sleeping beds the Salon and Cockpit couches convert to beds so this vessel can sleep up to 7 to 8 persons comfortably.  A custom made Canvas Enclosure was created to enclose the cockpit giving you additional space and privacy which gives you screen windows and doors with flaps for privacy.  Also, the Canvas gives you extra space to keep to weather elements at bay while you can join the Salon and Cockpit as one by opening the window and door.

The rear platform has a stainless steel railing for additonal safety as well as fishing functional with fishing rods holders and enough space to put a table, chair or cooler.  A Canopy has been made to filter the sun exposure.  Inside the garage storage are places to store fishing rods.  The rail system is set up with a mortor mount and brackets to hold a dinghy. Great place to attach a grill.

A PLUS:  To save time and money with waxing this vessel has a ceramic clear coating which protects the fiberglass from the sun and salt.  The outside cusions have been treated to protect from the sun and salt.  

A PLUS: The Vessel is currently kept at a Cape Harbour Marina which is part of the Cape Harbour Resort in Cape Coral, FL.  They are part of the Safe Harbor Group. The Marina will allow the new owner to take over the slip immediately which avoids the 3 year waiting list.  Slip cost is very competitive and it has resort style amenities.
